Structure
Reinforced concrete frame comprising of footings, columns, beams and flat slabs.

Exterior walls are 25 cm thick. Internal walls are of 12 cm bricks.

Roof has 5 cm insulation material to prevent overheating of building.

Central water tank for the project is provided.

- The main entrance door and internal doors of all apartments are made of solid wood,
covered with a varnish and have all door hardware (handles, locks, hinges etc.)
- Glazed aluminum windows & balconies’ doors.

- Beige or white high quality sanitary ware (Ideal Standard or Duravit)
- The mixer is single lever chrome plated.
- Toilet pan.
- Shower tray.
- Hood (30 cm x 30 cm).

Air Conditioning
- Air conditioning preparation.
Specific air conditioning installation keeps external and internal aesthetic view
of the complex. Outdoor air conditioning unit is installed on the back side of the
building .All wires and cables are hidden in the false ceiling.

- Internal phone line, with phone socket in the living room.
